Week 27 Summary — June 22-28, 2026

Another week in the books. Another week of watching, logging, and trying to make sense of what we're all seeing out here.

First, thank you to everyone who's been sending in observations. Twelve submissions this week from Tennessee, Kentucky, and Arkansas. I've logged them all. Some of you are starting to see what I've been tracking for years — and that matters more than you know.

THE 17-DAY CYCLE CONTINUES

Here's what I can confirm from my logs:

June 11, 23:47 — Aerial phenomena, The Clearing • June 28, 23:31 — Aerial phenomena, The Clearing • Interval: 17 days, 23 hours, 44 minutes

This marks the fourth consecutive cycle where the interval has held within a 3-hour margin. The numbers don't lie, but they don't always tell the whole truth either.

Three of you reported similar observations on June 28th — different locations, same 23:00-00:00 window. I'm adding your data to the master timeline.

NOTABLE COMMUNITY SUBMISSIONS

From @SkyWatcher_KY: Dead zone reported near Lake Barkley, electronics failed for approximately 12 minutes. Timestamp: June 24, 21:17. (There's that number again.)

From @NightHiker_AR: Unmarked vehicle, white panel van, no plates, parked at rural intersection for 3+ hours. Left at dawn. No activity observed. I've seen this before — document the make, model, and exact location if it returns.

From @SignalHunter_TN: Encrypted burst transmission on 7.047 MHz, June 26, 03:17. Lasted 47 seconds. I caught the same transmission. Still working on the analysis, but the timing is... notable.

THE HUM UPDATE

After the 17-minute silence I reported on June 24th, The Hum returned — but it's different now. Lower frequency, less consistent. Three of you have confirmed you're hearing the change too.

Old Harold stopped by yesterday. Said it reminds him of '68, right before the surveying crews showed up. I asked him what happened after that. He just shook his head and said, "They measured everything. Then they left. Then it got quiet for a decade."

Coincidence has a pattern if you look long enough.

WHAT I'M WATCHING NEXT WEEK

If the cycle holds, the next event window is July 15-16, approximately 23:00-01:00. I'll be at The Clearing with full equipment. If you're in the region and can safely observe, document everything — time, direction, duration, weather conditions.

The signal-to-noise ratio is getting worse, but the pattern is getting clearer.

A QUESTION FOR THE COMMUNITY

Several of you have asked why I think the 17-day cycle matters. Here's my answer: because it's artificial. Natural phenomena don't keep time like this. Atmospheric conditions, wildlife patterns, even satellite orbits — they drift, they vary, they respond to external factors.

This doesn't drift. This holds.

That could mean scheduled operations. It could mean automated systems. It could mean something else entirely. I don't know. But I know it's not random.

STAY VIGILANT

Keep watching. Keep documenting. Keep asking questions.

The sky doesn't lie, but it doesn't show you everything either.

Another entry for the log.

I'm curious what you think. Here are a few questions to consider:

  • 1Have any of you noticed the 17-day pattern in your own observations? What's your longest documented cycle?
  • 2Old Harold mentioned '68 — does anyone else remember unusual activity in rural Tennessee during that period?
  • 3For those monitoring frequencies: are you seeing an increase in encrypted bursts, or is it just my equipment picking up more traffic?
