Week 31 Megathread — Interference Patterns, Community Reports, and the Question Nobody's Asking

Another week in the books. Another week of almosts.

First off — thank you to everyone who's been sending observations. I know some of you are new here, maybe found this site through a friend or stumbled across it looking for answers to something you saw. You're not alone in this. Whatever you witnessed, whatever made you question the official explanation — there are others asking the same questions.

Let me be clear: I don't have answers. What I have is data, patterns, and seven years of watching the same stretch of Tennessee sky. Some nights give me nothing. Some nights give me everything except proof.

## THIS WEEK'S OBSERVATIONS

The Hum changed frequency on the 6th — I documented that. What I didn't mention: three readers reported the same frequency shift, same night, different locations. One in Kentucky. One in North Carolina. One in Arkansas. All within 200 miles of here.

Coincidence has a pattern if you look long enough.

The Dead Zone that moved north? Still there. Still dead. I hiked out yesterday with a handheld radio, GPS unit, and a compass. The radio went to static at exactly the same boundary line. GPS signal dropped to zero. The compass... well, the compass did something I'm still trying to explain in my notebook. It didn't point north. It didn't spin. It pointed *down*.

I've been doing this for seven years. I've never seen that.

I got 14 emails this week. Lights in the sky, strange sounds, equipment failures — the usual mix of reports I've learned to sort through. But here's what stood out:

Eleven of them mentioned silence.

Not the absence of the anomaly. The absence of *everything else*. One reader described it as "the woods went quiet, like something hit mute." Another said "even my tinnitus stopped — I didn't know that was possible."

I've experienced this too. That's what bothers me.

When the aerial phenomena appear — the lights, the flashes, whatever they are — there's a moment right before where the ambient sound drops out. No crickets. No wind in the trees. No distant highway noise. Just... nothing. Then the event happens. Then sound returns.

The prevailing theory for aerial phenomena is atmospheric refraction, military exercises, satellites catching sunlight at odd angles. Fine. Plausible. I'm not dismissing those explanations.

But none of those explain the silence.

## THE QUESTION NOBODY'S ASKING

We focus on what appears. The lights. The signals. The readings that don't make sense. We document the presence of anomalies.

But what if the real phenomenon is the *absence*?

What if whatever this is — natural, man-made, or otherwise — doesn't add something to the environment... it *removes* something first?

The Hum changes frequency, but it never stops. The Dead Zones move, but they don't disappear. The silence before the lights — that's not random. That's preparation. That's something creating space for itself.

I don't know what that means. I'm still working through it in the logs. But it's a thread worth pulling.
